Our galvanizing bath is one of the largest in India with dimensions 12.5m long x 1.6m wide x 2.5m deep. We follow a seven-bath zinc galvanizing process, with each step of the process - degreasing, pickling, rinsing, fluxing- carried out and rigorously controlled in specifically assigned baths. The process is complemented by a separate drying chamber and automated temperature control system to guarantee excellent uniform galvanizing quality - both in terms of thickness of zinc coat and adherence of the coating - strictly in line with customer requirements.
