Our processes allow us to accommodate large steel parts up to 21m long as well as small parts through our centrifuge line. Our state of the art pollution controlled facility boasts new environmental technologies. The hot-dip galvanizing process is fully enclosed in a fume cupboard. Fumes and dusts are filtered through a pulse-jet dust collector systems and treated in bay house before discharge. The continuous electrolytic preflux treatment (CEPT) eliminates effluent and reduces fume levels by optimized control of the preflux solution.
