On its own, hot dip galvanizing is a great rust and corrosion inhibitor. Powder coating and painting also offer outstanding protection while enriching the aesthetic value of your product. Put them together, and you get a level of combined protection that stands up to the most extreme elements. For example, radio tower antennas—that must reliably withstand the harshest of environments across all four seasons—have proven the value of duplex coatings time and again. More importantly, duplex coatings greatly extend the value and the life of the products they protect 1.5-2.3 times the sum of the expected life of each system alone.
